14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We want you to be completely satisfied with CronOwl. If you're not happy with your purchase for any reason, we offer a full refund within 14 days of your initial subscription payment — no questions asked.

This guarantee applies to your first subscription payment only. If you've previously received a refund and subscribe again, the 14-day guarantee does not apply to subsequent subscriptions.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, simply email us at support@cronowl.com with the following information:

  • The email address associated with your CronOwl account
  • Your reason for requesting a refund (optional, but helps us improve)

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 1-2 business days.

Refund Process

All payments are processed through Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Once we approve your refund request, Paddle will process the refund to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days.

Upon refund, your subscription will be cancelled immediately and your account will be downgraded to the Free plan.

What's Not Covered

The following situations are not eligible for refunds:

  • Requests made more than 14 days after the initial subscription payment
  • Renewal payments after the first billing cycle
  • Accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations
  • Users who have previously received a refund

After 14 Days

After the 14-day refund period, we do not offer refunds for subscription payments. However, you can cancel your subscription at any time, and you'll continue to have access to CronOwl until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation.

Cancelling Your Subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Alternatively, you can manage your subscription through the Paddle customer portal link in your billing confirmation emails.
